Hello, there was no possible way to pay the meter, so I received a ticket. It appears to not have been fixed by the city since 2007. Please view my picture and see the date on the meter says 4:07 am on Saturday, FEBRUARY 11TH, 2007. The red light was not flashing, and the meter did not say "expired".
