This car, once again, parks on Babcock Street at Harvard Street and never pays the meter.

Passport online app payments do not physically add time to parking meters. A meter may show red (unpaid) but may actually have been paid using the app. Parking control officers have this payment information in their handheld ticket machines and enforce accordingly. Thank you. -
