The traffic light here needs to be retimed, it is so incredibly inefficient most cars will have to wait for over a minute with no traffic either direction. Carlton & Monmouth.

Flashing yellow signal lights at crossing not working. Walking through the bollards from either side does not trip the flashing lights.
